Installing a Web Browser
Microsoft Internet Explorer (or another browser that supports CSS and JavaScript) needs to be installed in order to use the repair order entry and repair status web sites (see On-line Repair Order Entry, and Repair Status Web Site). You may download and install the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer from the Microsoft web site at www.microsoft.com/ie, or the latest version of Mozilla Firefox from the Mozilla web site at www.firefox.com.
