After selecting a label (see Selecting a Label), select the Printer tab to send the label to a label printer.
TIP If a label automatically prints when selecting it from the Print button dropdown list, and no print dialog window appears, then the selected label has been configured to bypass the print dialog window (which is the system default). To show the print dialog window, either select the desired label from the File menu since the print dialog window is always displayed from there (see Selecting a Label from the File Menu), or select View Optional Dialog Windows from the main menu and reactivate the print dialog window for the selected label on the Print button dropdown list (see Optional Dialog Windows).
Click the Print button to send the label to the specified label printer, or click the Close button to close the print label window without printing. You may optionally specify the number of copies to print. The default label printer and number of copies for each label may be specified from Label Options (see Label Options).
Click the Printer Options button to open the Print Setup window and select a different printer, or to modify default printer settings such as the paper size, paper source, or paper orientation.
From the Print Setup window, you may also click the Properties button to set additional label printer properties that are unique to the selected label printer.
NOTE Printer settings configured by clicking the Properties button might not be retained permanently by Windows. To retain the settings permanently, they may need to be configured using the Windows printer driver settings in the Windows control panel. Please see the manufacturer’s instructions for information on which settings are available for your label printer and how to configure them. At Your Service Software, Inc. is unable to provide technical support for specific models of printers.
