Repair Status Communication Options - Forms to Print Tab

The Forms to Print tab is for configuring which forms will print each time a record is added or edited (see Form Types). Options on this tab apply only to the physical workstation where they were configured.

Repair Status Communication Options - Forms to Print Tab Entry Fields

Description

Forms to print when adding a record

Check the box in front of one or more forms to print when saving a newly added repair order record that is set to the repair status selected in the main area of this setup module (see Adding a New Repair Order, and Printing Forms While Saving Repair Orders).

Forms to print when editing a record

Check the box in front of one or more forms to print when saving an edited repair order record that is set to the repair status selected in the main area of this setup module (see Editing a Repair Order, Changing a Repair Order Status, and Printing Forms While Saving Repair Orders).

Forms to print when importing records

Check the box in front of one or more forms to print when importing new repair order records that are set to the repair status selected in the main area of this setup module (see Importing New Repair Orders).

This field is available only for licensed users of version 3.1 and higher.

 

All forms will print according to their standard settings configured under form options (see Form Options).
