Sales Invoice Packing Slip
The Sales Packing Slip form is generally printed as a shipping document for goods sold.
The destination address is positioned 1 inch from the left edge of the page so that it will be visible in the window of a standard Number 9 size windowed envelope (3⅞ inches or 9.8 cm tall, 8⅞ inches or 22.5 cm wide) or Number 10 size windowed envelope (4⅛ inches or 10.5 cm tall, 9½ inches or 24.1 cm wide). The window may be from ⅝ inches (1.6 cm) to ⅞ inches (2.2 cm) from the left edge of the envelope.
The Sales Invoice Packing Slip form may be configured to automatically print each time a Customer Sales Invoice is printed (see Sales Invoice Packing Slip Form Options).
Printer options such as the default printer, number of copies to print, source paper bin for each copy, and duplex printing can be configured from the forms setup area. Additionally, form layout options such as whether to print your company name and address or graphical logo in the form header and a standard notice may be configured (see Sales Invoice Packing Slip Form Options).
