Selecting a File to Import
To view a list of all data imports, first close all windows
within the main program shell and then select Import 
From Text File from the main menu.
Select the desired import module. You will then be prompted to select a file to
import for that module.
In the Files of type field, choose whether you would like to import data from a comma-delimited or tab-delimited file. Selecting All Files to select comma-delimited files with a non-standard file extension.
Navigate to the folder where the file you want to import is located and either double-click on the file name, single-click on the file name and then click the Open button, or type the file name in the File name field and then click the Open button. Click the Cancel button or press the Esc key to cancel without importing.
