work on Windows Vista? |
|
Yes. At Your Service
versions 2.6 and higher will work on Windows Vista. For more

work on 64-bit versions of Windows? |
|
Yes. At Your Service
will run on both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows. The only
64-bit compatibility issue is that Microsoft Outlook 2010 64-bit is
not compatible with our 32-bit MAPI mail system. The
workaround is to either use Microsoft Office 2010 32-bit, or use

work on non-Windows operating systems? |

Yes. While we do not
officially support running At Your Service on non-Windows operating
systems, it can be run on Apple, Linux, and other operating systems
with the help of third-party software. For more details, please see

be accessed remotely? |
|
Yes. At Your
Service is compatible with standard remote access tools such
as Remote Desktop or Citrix Server. For more details,

If you purchased the
QuickBooks Integration module, then At Your Service will work with
QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise editions for the United
States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia, versions 2008 and
higher.

What kind of database
does At Your Service use to store its data? |
|
Depending on the edition
of At Your Service purchased, data is stored either in a Microsoft
Access database file, a Microsoft SQL Server database, or a MySQL
database.

Yes. All forms, reports,
and labels are created using Crystal Reports. If you own a copy of
that software then you can modify the report files yourself. For
