Do I need any special hardware or software to upload repair status information to my own web server, besides the At Your Service software products?

You will need a standard ftp server and will need to set up a single folder on that server in order to store the repair status data. Due to the wide variety of servers in use, At Your Service Software, Inc. does not provide technical support related to setting up the ftp server beyond the instructions in our user documentation. However our business partners can provide the additional support needed.

How secure is my customer data after it has been uploaded?

All data is encrypted using a rotating key system where the encryption key changes for every record. Your customers will be required to enter two identification numbers in order to look up status information.
