The Internet Utility can automatically send the standard repair status listing report (see Repair Status Listing) to your volume customers (a customer account must exist) to actively notify them of the current status of all of their repair orders. This can eliminate countless man-hours that are usually required to communicate with customers verbally over the phone, or to manually send e-mails and faxes.
The repair status listing report can be sent via e-mail, fax, or both. Additionally, the communication methods can be prioritized. For example, a repair status listing report can be configured to be sent via e-mail if there is an e-mail address on the customer account, or via fax only if there is a fax number and no e-mail address on the customer account.
