Checking for Program Updates

Automatically Checking for Program Updates

After the first time that any user logs in to the program on each workstation (see Logging In and Out), the user that logged in will be prompted with the question: Would you like to automatically check the Internet for program version updates? Click the Yes button to check the At Your Service Software, Inc. web site for program updates immediately, and every time thereafter that any user logs in on the same workstation. Click the Later button to take no immediate action, but to prompt with the same question the next time that any user logs in on the same workstation. Click the Never button or press the Esc key to never automatically check for program updates after a user logs in.

To enable or disable automatic checking for updates at a later time, first close all windows within the main program shell and then select Install  Check for Program Updates at Startup from the main menu. A check mark on the dropdown menu will indicate that this feature is enabled.

Manually Checking for Program Updates

To manually have the program check the At Your Service Software, Inc. web site for program updates, first close all windows within the main program shell and then select Install  Check for Program Updates Now from the main menu.
