Installing a Service Pack

Always right-click the service pack installation file and select to run as administrator if that option is available.

If you did not install the software to the default installation folder then, when prompted, you must manually change the service pack installation folder to the folder where the software was originally installed. Further, to install a service pack to the default installation folder on 64-bit Windows operating systems, you must manually change the service pack installation folder from C:\Program Files\At Your Service to C:\Program Files (x86)\At Your Service.
