If core files from the original software installation are ever corrupted or changed (e.g. by another software installation, by hard disk problems, or by a virus), they can often be repaired.
1. Select Settings Control Panel from the Windows Start menu (at the left side of the Windows taskbar). Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon. Select At Your Service from the list of installed programs and then click the Change button.
2. Once the installation program starts, select Repair and follow the directions on the screen.
