Overview

Before using the Internet Utility, various settings must first be configured. This allows you to customize the program to meet your specific business needs.

The general setup areas will typically be set up only once, and the settings apply throughout the entire program. The configuration of settings for each individual process will be discussed in the corresponding sections of the manual (see Setup Mobile Synchronization, Setup Receive New Repair Orders, Setup Send Repair Status Notices - Estimated Notice, Setup Send Repair Status Notices – Pickup Notice, Setup Send Repair Status Notices – Overdue Notice, Setup Send Repair Status Listing Reports, and Setup Generate Repair Status Web Site).
