Paid Support

With the purchase of a new or upgraded software license comes an initial period of free e-mail and phone support (see section 9 of the License Agreement). After the initial free period has expired, e-mail and phone support are available on a paid per-call basis, or as part of a paid rental agreement, support contract, or support subscription (see sections 8, 10, and 11 of the License Agreement). TIP     Before contacting support regarding a bug or problem, it is recommended that you download and install the service pack of the latest version of the software which will include fixes for any previously reported bugs or problems (see Checking for Program Updates).
