Repair Knowledge Base
This report is a history of problems and solutions based on a text search phrase (see Repair Orders/Invoices).
The report is sorted by repair order number in descending order. And it may be filtered by make, model, and a date range.

Enter or select the make for which to generate the report or leave blank for all makes. |

Enter or select the model for which to generate the report or leave blank for all models. |

Phrase |
Enter a text phrase for which to search. |

Date Range |
Enter or select the starting date for records to include on the report or leave blank for all records before the ending date. Also enter or select the ending date for records to include on the report or leave blank for all records after the starting date. The date range is based on the received date. |
Repair orders are included on the report if the entered search text phrase is found anywhere in the problem to be repaired notes, estimate and repair notes, or either the Code or Item Description columns of the repair order details (see Repair Order - Details Tab).
This report is not available in the Retail SQL and Retail editions.
