Retail Standard EditionFull-featured software for Microsoft Access databases to manage retail stores that send out their repairs. Suitable for up to 10-15 users at one or more locations.
The Retail Enterprise and Retail Standard editions have many of the same features as the repair editions, however they are specifically geared to organizations that do not do repair and servicing themselves, but rather send out or subcontract the repairs and servicing to a third party. Therefore the focus is on tracking the work orders sent to those third parties, rather than on tracking work done by in-house technicians.
